Colonel Hotte graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Business. Colonel also studied
at Campbell University. After teaching for many years in the North Carolina Prison System, Colonel decided to make a change
into the real estate field. He acquired his North Carolina Real Estate License in 1984 and went on to become very successful
in residential and commercial sales. Colonel Hotte became an honorary Colonel as an Auctioneer in 1991.

Robert is from New York by way of Long Island, New York City and the suburbs. Robert got his start in real estate
as a property manager while living in New York and Connecticut. He moved to Wilmington 12 years ago where he began Parga Real
Estate Development, LLC which managed several properties including some in New York and Raleigh, NC. After his great success,
Robert decided to earn his North Carolina Real Estate Liscense. Robert has been a Broker-in-Charge for 10 years, most of which
was spent mentoring under Todd Toconis of Town and County Real Estate. In September of 2008, Robert made a move to Active
Real Estate, LLC as the Property Manager and Sales Manager.
